SOFTWARE & HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

1) Our Software is available to any computer using the following Operating Systems in all of their versions:-

     Any version of Microsoft Windows for PC's and Microsoft Operating System for Servers,  Databases Access or Microsoft SQL, Cloud

 Any kind of Printer  Laser , Inkjet , LED,  Special Receipts Printers, Fax machines , multi-purpose machines etc..

Minimum RAM for PCs 512MB. Recommended 1 GB.
Minimum RAM for Server 2 GB. Recommended 4 GB.

DELIVERY OF SOFTWARE

1) All systems will be delivered gradually starting with the Accounting System, if applicable.

2) Delivery can take place from 1 week to 1 month from the date of placement of firm order if not immediately.

This applies only to Packages. For Tailored Made Software delivery times will be agreed with the Client after approval of the design of the Software.

TRAINING & IMPLEMENTATION

1) Training and Implementation are two of the most important factors when buying a computer Software.
2) It is our standard practice to offer Free of Charge training  to any number of Persons to our Clients Premises at mutually agreed hours.
3) This will secure the UNDISTURBED and EFFICIENT Operation of the Software to the Full extend and in short time.
4) Implementation and Training for ADA go together. We offer this extra service to our Clients Free of Charge. Many times we assist then in entering the
    DATA and Setting up the company for e.g. their Chart of Accounts, Stock Items, Payroll Employees etc.
5) Close co - operation with the Client ' s Management, Personnel and Auditors in order to build a system that meets Your exact requirements.
 

GUARANTEE

1) From three to SIX MONTHS guarantee is offered for the software starting from the date of delivery.
2) Following that you are fully covered under the Maintenance Agreement. which is compulsory. (Ask us what Maintenance Covers)
3) Our Software is FULLY TESTED hence longer Guarantee is not required.
4) You will see that by paying annually a  Small  Percentage on the retail value of the software. You will save money and time.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Since the undisturbed operation of your business will depend upon the efficient operation of your computer an Annual Maintenance fee is charged is normally 20 % on the Retail Value of the Software (Not the Selling Price) to cover the following:-

  1) Renewal of License of Using the Software after expiration of Guarantee.
  2) Assistance at your premises whenever required with Priority Response.  
  3) Assistance through our Telephone HOT-LINE SERVICE , e-MAIL , team viewer.
  4) Future versions and improvements / updates of the systems are offered FREE of CHARGE (ADA products are revised every year).
  5) Minor changes or minor requirements you may need in the future.
  6) Recovery of Data (if possible) and Programs from Hardware Failure. However DO NOT FORGET YOUR DAILY BACKUPS . . .
  7) As above from Electricity problems or related factors. Please not that an On-Line UPS is advisable.
  8) As above from Users Mistakes.
  9) Correction of any Software problems (bugs if any) absolutely free. (Applicable to Custom-made Software)
10) FREE Software and Hardware CONSULTANCY.
11) Close assistance in periodical functions such as End of Year.
12) Data Files Archiving.
13) Regular system inspections to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
14) Assistance in Training new Users.
15) Files Maintenance if required.
16) Attractive Discounts to other ADA Software Products.
